Data may be overlaid on company-specific forms with graphic images. Information is normally stored in a searchable PDF format.

To further enhance the use of index data stored within FileX, we can help you set up form templates in applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel so that index data is pre-filled automatically within a template for greater efficiency in mass-producing reports, notices, or other documents. 

In addition, these templates will be automatically filed in the appropriate location, eliminating the need to print and scan your customer correspondence, form letters, spreadsheet forms, etc.
